MY APPROACH AND STYLE

I utilize a warm, conversational and direct approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in conjunction with a Strengths Perspective. I am an Eclectic therapist, meaning I utilize a few different elements in my therapy. No person is the same and your therapy should reflect that. I’ll work alongside you to develop a collaborative plan to achieve your goals.

I offer individual and couples therapy via Telehealth. I can accept insurance through two platforms I am contracted with, Headway and Rula.

I can also see clients on a private pay basis. My private pay rate is, $170 for individual therapy and $200 for couples therapy. I do offer some sliding scale based on need. I can also provide you a superbill to provide to your insurance, for possible reimbursement.

Speaking engagements or partnerships

I have a passion for educating, empowering and raising awareness around disability, LGBTQ and mental health. Being a member of theses groups I have worked to be visible and use my experiences to make change, however big or small. If you are looking for a speaker, educator, partnership or collaboration, reach out today.
